empower Paternity is a safe and reliable postnatal genetic test, comparing the genetic compatibility of a potential father and child’s DNA to verify or disprove paternity.

The test is simple, you will receive buccal swabs for both the potential father and the child. Using the swabs a DNA sample is gathered from the inside cheek of both patients. These swabs are sent to the laboratory, where using Next-Generation Sequencing the genetic markers of both the potential father and child are identified and compared against one another to provide a clear indication whether their is a match.
